- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom tattoo designs may require additional processing time, and we will provide an estimated timeline when your custom request is received.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with tracking information.
2. Free Shipping Details
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, both domestic and international, so you can enjoy your new tattoos without any added shipping costs!
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days
International Shipping
- Standard Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days, depending on your location
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our prices or free shipping offer, as they are determined by your country’s regulations.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have questions about tracking, reach out to our support team at hello@tattooflick.com.
5. Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your address at checkout. Tattoo Flick is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@tattooflick.com with your order details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, will arrange a replacement.
