At Tattoo Flick, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and issue refunds for unused and unopened items. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or applied temporary tattoos are non-refundable.
Eligible Reasons for Refunds Include:
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Issues with custom designs due to our error
Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used tattoo products
- Sale items or items marked as “final sale”
2. Requesting a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@tattooflick.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at hello@tattooflick.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Tattoo Flick is not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions take additional time to process refunds. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@tattooflick.com.
